Shipping policy

 

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Our current processing time is 1-3 business days.

We aim to ship your order as soon as possible, typically tracking numbers can be tracked within 48 hours after you receive your shipping notification email (though on occassion, they can take longer due to weather, holidays, illnesses, etc. but I always try to get them out asap). Your patience is incredibly appreciated and, can I say, the wait is 10000% worth it!

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping prices vary depending on your location and will be calculated automatically during checkout. Orders over $50 USD also qualify for a special shipping rates: free within the US, $8 USD to Canada, and $17 USD rest of the world. And yes, we do ship worldwide!

 

I need to make an update to my order.

Once an order has been placed it will automatically be forwarded to the processing queue. However, if you email me right away (before 9AM PST / 12PM EST the following business day), I will likely catch your message and can make any changes needed before processing it for shipping.

 

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Orders within the US should arrive within 1-5 business days after it is processed. Orders to Canada should arrive within 1-2 weeks, whereas International orders could take up to 1-6 weeks to be delivered.

 

Where do you ship from?

I ship from Seattle, Washington 70% of the year and Maui, Hawaii the other 30% of the year.

I do personally ship all orders and have stock in both locations since I travel frequently between the two. That being said, I have not noticed significant delays with any of my major shipping partners (USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc) while I am across the Pacific or on Mainland, so rest assured your order should still get to you within the above transit times :)

Help! My package never arrived and/or is lost.

While we are not responsible for lost packages, I will do my best to help locate and/or arrange for a replacement if needed. Please note as some products are limited releases, they may not be replaceable once lost.
